We have a deep understanding of what renters want and know the world of renting can be tough especially when you feel you’re not listened to. We don’t use letting agents, so cut out miscommunication and delays with what you need.
We put our experience, youth, and energy into everything we do, and no task is too big. We don’t hide behind our desks; you will often see us in and around Brighton helping our residents or making changes to our properties.
Always ready to do more, you can feel confident in the team working on your behalf. We are a small team with a big heart, with our in-house admin, maintenance and decorating staff, someone will always be available to help.

You can trust us to provide you with high quality, furnished and good condition properties. We offer sound advice and a great personalised service, tailored to you. We follow all government guidelines for letting our homes, and are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, we also use third parties for our inventory reports and checks outs for non-biased continuity.
It’s all about you
We take the time to get to know you and always keep you informed. We want all our residents to treat their house as their home, whether they stay for 12 months or 5 years, which is why we will do everything we can to ensure you are happy in your property. We communicate effectively and quickly via 24hr reporting service, so you know we are there for you when you need us the most
