Georgina, who grew up in Brighton, has a keen eye for detail and is experienced in all aspects of lettings and property management.

Having started work in American Express, she then joined a local letting agency, and then going onto auctions and commercial property, she soon realised that her real calling was lettings and returned to exclusively let properties and assisting tenants. Working now for over 15 years in the property industry, she has a deep understanding of the local market, and knowledge of the area and buildings we own.

“Anyone can let a property, what makes a difference is that we care about them as much as our own home, we want to ensure all our residents have a safe and high-quality home to live in, not just a rental. I am on first name basis with all our residents and try to ensure we work on a personal level to meet their needs and requirements. We have a responsibility, not just legally, but to our tenants, and we want to look after them as best we can”.

“Brighton has always been a competitive market to be a renter, and there are some shocking places around, as well as unscrupulous agencies and landlords. My mission is to cut out the middleman, and create a system where when things need doing, they are done, with easy reporting, great communication and trust.

Georgina lives in Brighton with her daughter and enjoys traveling to see family in Spain.
